Procedure for return of products

➤The customer needs to inform zoonie.co.in within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the products regarding the cause for the refund.
➤Replacement is based on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will be given a complete refund, no questions asked. You may, however, check through existing stock and order a replacement at the same or cheaper price.

➤Please begin the product return within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

We do not charge for returns, and all replacements and pickups are free.
